Description:
Oilless bearing (bushing) takes steel plate as a substrate and is a kind of wrapped sliding bearing by
agglutinating spherical bronze powder inside the middle part and rolling the mixture of PTFE (PTEE) and
lead on the surface. It has the characteristics of small friction coefficient, wear-resisting, corrosion
resistance and oil-free lubrication. Using this product can reduce costs, reduce mechanical volume, avoid
bearing seizure phenomenon and reduce mechanical noise. The product has been widely applied in the
sliding parts of various machinery, such as printing machine, elevator, spinner, tobacco machine, body-
building, instrument, hydraulic pressure van, micro electrical machinery, solenoid valve, automobile,
motorcycle and farm & forestry machinery and so on.
