NIM series crankshaft and connecting rod type with low-speed high-torque hydraulic motors are manufactured according to Italian technology and standards.
Main features:
1. Five-piston structure with eccentric shaft and low excitation frequency, has low noise;
2. Large starting torque, good stability at low speed;
3. Patented plane compensation oil distributor with good reliability and no leakage; A sealing ring applied between piston and plunger sleeve, provided high volume efficiency;
4. Roller supports are provided between crankshaft and connecting rod. Therefore has high mechanical efficiency.
Structure principle:
By the action of the hydraulic pressure, generates a thrust on the plunger body, which acts on the center of the crankshaft through the connecting rod. Make the output shaft rotate, at the same time, oil distribution plate rotate too. When the position of the plunger body to the bottom dead center, the plunger cylinder is connected to the oil port and the plunger is pushed up by the crankshaft. At this moment, the hydraulic oil is back to the tank. The plunger body is connected with high and low pressure oil successively, and the driving torque generated by each plunger body to the output shaft center is added in the same direction, making the motor to be transmitted out of the shaft to obtain a continuous and balanced rotary torque. When you change the direction of oil flow, you can change the direction of rotation of the motor.
