Material: (MPIF 35) FC-0205 (DIN 30910-4) Sint C10, Fe, Balance, Cu 1.5-3.9%, C 0.3-0.6%
Density: 6.4-6.9 g/cm3 after steam oxidation

About testing:
We can do blow off testing for shock absorber pistons.
The purpose of this test is to determine the pressure needed to blow the PTFE band of the piston when
traveling in the pressure tube. The test is performed with a constant lateral force applied to the piston
during the pressure build up over the piston. The test is stopped when the pressure decreases due to
PTFE band failure.

3.Using the testing ring,with the shock absorber oil,max frictional force is 15N

5.PTFE tensile strength ≥18MPa,elongation @ break ≥200%
6.Tight integration between piston and PTFE disc.PTFE won't fall off when working in the cylinder.
